## What chatebot does

- Deploys agents through a website widget, playground, messaging channels, team chat, email, and API workflows.
- Gives agents Actions for lead capture, appointment booking, ticket handoff, Shopify support, web search, custom forms, custom buttons, suggested messages, and OpenAPI-powered custom tools.
- Supports platform-managed AI models and bring-your-own provider keys on supported plans.
- Provides analytics for repeated questions, answer quality, and knowledge gaps.

## Channels

chatebot supports customer conversations across the website widget, playground, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Facebook Messenger, Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram, Discord, iMessage, SMS, RCS, voice, email, and API workflows.

## Actions

Actions are configured capabilities an agent can use during a conversation.

Actions can collect leads, book appointments, create tickets or handoffs, search the web, support Shopify customers, show forms or buttons, suggest replies, and expose selected custom API operations from an OpenAPI schema.

Actions can work with connected services such as Shopify, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Calendly, Cal.com, Zendesk, Freshdesk, and Slack depending on the Action and account configuration.

- Play: free plan with 50 message credits/month, 1 agent, 5 knowledge sources, channels, and free-tier model access.
- Plus: $25/month with 500 message credits/month, analytics, 10 knowledge sources, 100MB document uploads, and expanded model access.
- Pro: $125/month with 4,000 message credits/month, 3 agents, Actions, team members, advanced analytics, and BYOK support.
- Premium: $500/month with 15,000 message credits/month, 10 agents, branding removal, custom CSS, expanded model access, and BYOK support. API access and voice are coming soon.
