# Subprocessors

This page lists third-party subprocessors used to deliver chatebot services and the processing roles they perform.

## Primary Region

Primary data hosting region: EU Central (Frankfurt).

Resend email delivery is processed from Ireland (eu-west-1). Some subprocessors may process data outside the EU/EEA. Cross-border transfers are handled using applicable safeguards, including SCCs where required.

| Suby | Payment processing | Finland | Billing metadata, email address |

Each provider may have its own DPA and subprocessors list. Cross-border transfers are protected using applicable safeguards, including SCCs where required.
