# chatebot Pricing

chatebot pricing is built around message credits.

Message credits are used when an AI support agent responds. Each plan includes a monthly allowance, and paid plans can buy top-up credits in $10 increments when they need more capacity.

## Actions

Actions start on Pro and are included on Premium and Enterprise plan configurations.

Actions let an agent collect leads, book appointments, search the web, support Shopify customers, hand off tickets, show forms or buttons, suggest replies, and call selected custom API operations from an OpenAPI schema.

Services such as Shopify, HubSpot, Calendly, Cal.com, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Zoho CRM, and Slack connect behind the relevant Action instead of appearing as a separate top-level Integrations product.

## Model and BYOK Access

- Every plan supports BYOK.
- Every plan can use configured BYOK provider routes.
- Every plan can use custom BYOK model IDs.

Model access is tiered:

- Play: free-tier models.
- Pro: free and pro-tier models.
- Plus: free, pro, and plus-tier models.
- Premium: free, pro, plus, and premium-tier models.

## Add-ons

Paid plans can add credits, agents, team members, and branding removal when they need more capacity.

## Credit Rules

- Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing cycle and do not roll over.
- Separately purchased top-up credits do not expire while an active subscription is in place.
- Add-ons can only be purchased while an active subscription is in place.
- If a subscription is canceled or lapses, add-on benefits and separately purchased credits become inaccessible until a new subscription is activated.
