Default model and embedding setup
New agents default to Gemini 2.5 Flash for chat. Knowledge base embeddings use the platform embedding model configured as gemini-embedding-001, which is a platform-level setting and is not selected by end users.
Plan access is tiered
Play can use free-tier models. Pro can use free and pro-tier models. Plus can use free, pro, and plus-tier models. Premium can use free, pro, plus, and premium-tier models. Enterprise uses custom commercial terms but is configured with the platform pro-tier catalog by default.
BYOK is available on every plan
Play, Plus, Pro, Premium, and Enterprise can use bring-your-own keys with configured provider routes and custom model IDs. Plan tiers still control platform-managed model catalog access, while BYOK availability is not held back by plan.
