Subprocessors
This page lists third-party subprocessors used to deliver chatebot services and the processing roles they perform.
Primary Data Region: EU Central (Frankfurt) (eu-central-1)
Primary hosting is in the EU. Resend email delivery is processed from Ireland (eu-west-1). Some subprocessors may process data outside the EU/EEA.
Cross-border transfers are handled using applicable safeguards, including SCCs where required.
