What happens when I run out of messages?
Your agent will pause responding until your billing cycle resets. You can upgrade your plan at any time to get more messages instantly, or switch to your own API key for unlimited usage.
What does "Bring Your Own Key" mean?
You can connect your own OpenAI or Anthropic API key directly to chatebot. BYOK models are fully supported on all plans, and each BYOK message uses 1 message credit from your monthly allowance.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Absolutely. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time. Changes take effect immediately when upgrading, or at the end of your current billing period when downgrading.
Is my data safe? Where is it stored?
Your data is stored in the region you choose: EU (Frankfurt) or Gulf (Dubai). We are fully GDPR compliant with encrypted storage, consent tracking, and data export capabilities. Your knowledge base and chat transcripts never leave your selected region.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
