Start where intent is strongest

Most teams should launch the website widget first because visitors are already reading product, pricing, or support content. The playground helps verify behavior before any public launch.

Add messaging and team channels deliberately

The channel surface includes the website widget, playground, Slack, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, Discord, SMS, RCS, iMessage, email, API, and voice. Several channels support OAuth, manual credentials, Twilio, iframe, or embed methods depending on the platform.

Reuse the same knowledge and Actions

A channel should not become a second source of truth. Keep the agent, knowledge base, instructions, and approved Actions consistent, then tune channel-specific style where response length or formatting differs.
