Use the embed script
Copy the embed script from the agent publish settings and place it before the closing body tag of the website. The script loads the chat iframe from chatebot and uses the agent identifier configured in the dashboard.
Approve production domains
Add every domain where the widget should run. Domain validation protects the agent from being embedded on unapproved sites. Include staging domains when you need to test before launch.
Verify the visitor experience
Open the site in a private browser window, confirm that the launcher appears, send a test message, and check that branding, greeting text, placement, and handoff behavior match the client requirements.
